Happy Campers

Over Labor Day weekend we got together with about 12 other families and camped out near our home. We are lucky enough to be close to the city but also close enough to great camping which makes for a quick drive. We had a great time chatting with friends, roasting marshmallows, running around with a flash light, and best of all sleeping outside in a tent. He was thrilled to sleep outside and spend the night having a blast with all of his little buddies. Here are a highlights of what our adventure looked like.

Hugs from Miley!

Happy campers :)

Roasting a marshmallow for some smores.

We made it through the night without having to leave, which was a relief. Jack woke up a few time in the middle of the night asking to go home (it was a little cold), but ultimately he would fall back asleep within minutes, so in my book it was a success!

Waking up the boys....

Jack happy as a clam and ready for breakfast.

Aww, this makes me homesick for Maple Grove : ( We loved doing that campout with everyone last year. That's awesome that Jack made it through the night. Such a cute pic of him and Cameron in their sleeping bags!

Love it, so jealous that you guys went camping. We want to go so bad, but I am not ready with a 6 week old! 12 families too what a blast!
