What a blessed day....

This past Sunday Jack received his blessing. It was such a great day and Cameron gave his a really sweet blessing, he did a great job. The day wouldn't be complete of course without Jack almost pooping out of his blessing outfit (classic). He managed to keep most of it in his diaper except when his diaper had a run in with his sock. Aside from the little stain on his sock his outfit made it through sacrament. He did wonderful during the blessing didn't make a peep except for a quick grunt at the end. For those of you who have been around Jack you probably know he doesn't cry much....he just grunts.. Anyway after his blessing Cameron joked he was going to hold Jack up like Simba from the Lion King. We found it funny that Jack was already 4 months by the time we blessed him ( the whole summer move and school starting kind of delayed the process ). Well Cameron kept to his word and sure enough held jack up just like in the lion king, the ward thought it pretty funny. After the blessing we did what any other family does after a big event...we gorged ourselves in ham and cheese potatoes and deserts galore. All in all it was a great day. Thanks to all of our friends who could make it out to the blessing, we love you!!

Kaden had a minor blowout in his blessing outfit too. Luckily I caught it before it got too out of hand. He still wore the outfit even though it had a little bit of yellow on the back of the shirt. Babies...

He looks so cute. Emily was almost 5 months when we blessed her. It certainly makes for a more wiggly baby. ;)
